Scholarships Available from the American Wholesale Marketers Association

Two scholarships worth $5000 each will be awarded to students based on merit and a career interest in the candy/tobacco/convenience-products wholesale industry. Each scholarship is paid directly to the school for school-related costs.

To be eligible, you must be employed by an AWMA distributor, family member of an AWMA employee. You must be enrolled full time in an areas of business with an interest in a career in the candy/tobacco/convenience products wholesale distribution.

Scholarships for Women in Maryland

Female residents of Frederick County, Maryland who are looking for scholarships for women should apply for the FREDERICK BUSINESS & PROFESSIONAL WOMEN’S CLUB, INC. Scholarship at www.bpwfrederick.org.

This scholarship for women is open to those with a financial need, professional promise, academic achievement, and personal qualifications.

This scholarship for women is not only limited to high school seniors, so all women residents of Fredrick County should apply before the February 13th deadline.

Scholarships for Women in Illinois

The Bartlett Woman's Club if offering scholarships to all high school seniors residing in Bartlett.

Applications are available at many high schools or you can contact Ruth Beckner at (630) 837-8125 for an application. Applications are due April 1.

These scholarships are valued at $1000 plus there will also be back-to-school scholarship available for a student of college-age or older.
