As you know, there has never been a better time to go back to school. The economy has tanked and more and more people are furthering their education so that they can make a better living. And for those who have been displaced due to the downturn, school will give them the training they need to change careers.

You can apply for government grants and if you qualify either on merit or need, you will be awarded the money. However, if you do not qualify...or maybe do not qualify for as much as you would like or need, then you have to do more digging.
