Scholarship to Supplement Educational Grants

___________________________________________________________________________________

Sallie Mae is offering a scholarship called the UnMet Scholarship and is open to those who make less than $30,00 a year total (household total). This scholarship to supplement educational grants is for anyone whose financial aid falls short by over $1000. This is not meant as a substitute for financial aid but to be used in addition to it.

This scholarship to supplement educational grants is open to U.S. citizens and permanent residents who are accepted or enrolled as full-time undergraduate students at approved, accredited institutions. Students must have a minimum 2.5 grade point average (on a 4.0 scale) to be eligible to apply. Recipients will be selected based on financial need. Unmet Need Scholarships range from $1,000 to $3,000. This scholarship is closed for this year, but add it to your list of scholarships to check at the beginning of next year so you do not miss out.
